Every quote includes a DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review. We flag wall thickness issues, draft angles, and parting line placement before tooling is cut — preventing costly rework downstream.

EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate
Full material traceability to the original heat number. Spectrometer analysis results included. Satisfies EN, ASTM, and most customer-specific requirements.
CMM Dimensional Inspection Report
100% of critical dimensions measured on CMM. Report issued per drawing revision. Available in FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) format on request.
Certificate of Conformance
Confirms material grade, heat treatment, surface finish, and dimensional compliance. Signed by our QC manager. Customer-specific CoC format accepted.
NDT Reports (On Request)
Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and X-Ray radiography available for critical applications. Hydrostatic pressure test for valve and pump components.
ISO 9001:2015 Certification
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Certificate available on request. Annual third-party audits conducted.
PPAP / FAI Documentation
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and First Article Inspection (FAI) packages available for automotive and aerospace supply chain requirements.
